Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing & shipment of orders. However, due to COVID-19 safety precautions, orders may take an additional 8-10 business days to ship and produce tracking information on the carriers (USPS) website. If there are tracking concerns once the item is shipped, please reach out to the carrier. 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS 

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing your order for shipment asap. For this reason, we're unable to modify or cancel orders. 

RETURN TO SENDER

When packages that are 'returned to sender' due to an incorrect address provided; the client will be notified and given the opportunity to provide an updated address and cover additional shipping cost. Otherwise, store credit (less previous shipping fees) will be issued to client.
